Serves 2, preparation time 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 C plain low-fat yogurt
1 C fresh or frozen, mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.)
1 C soy milk
½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if the mixture does not blend easily. Pour the mixture into glasses and serve.
Variations
Regular milk can be used instead of soy milk and any fruit can be used in place of the berries.
