Ingredients
50g butter
¼ C brown sugar
2 Tbs golden syrup
1 egg
3 ripe bananas
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ C milk
1 ½ C flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 180ºc
Mash bananas in a bowl. Warm the milk, add the baking soda and mix in with the bananas. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar, add golden syrup and egg, mix. Add banana mixture. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes.
